He has significant experience managing a variety of hotels under major franchise flags as well as independents. Throughout his career he has been instrumental in building and developing "Award Winning" and "Highly Profitable" properties in several locations throughout the US.
Mr. Parsons' experiences encompass all facets of the hospitality industry, as well as property renovations. Areas of strength include communications, employee recruiting, training, and empowerment, administration, customer relations, building sales, cost and inventory control, forecasting, marketing, quality assurance, cost account, P&L statements, budgets, and profit production.
Kenny Koloski brings 19+ years of knowledge working in the hospitality industry. His experience includes managing multiple hotel properties, preparing financial reports with an emphasis on profitability, overseeing supply chain management, supervising employees, and providing excellent guest service.
His experience in multiple industries is always under the philosophy of "providing great service for less". Above all is his belief that great customer service not only extends to our guests but to our owners.
